LHM Leadership Conference Welcome Kit 2019

In the first month of every year Presidents and General Managers from each Larry H. Miller company are invited to gather to take a breath, recognize and reward the previous year's successes, and review initiatives and goals for the year ahead.
Traveling to Kauai in January of 2019, we chose to introduce the story of the Kilo Hoku or ancient navigator who would use the wind, the waves, the clouds, and the stars to provide safe passage across the vast open ocean.
We told the visual story of just such a journey with rich woodcut-style illustrations, vibrant colors, and textures of the islands.
The conference materials included personalized invitations followed by a packaged gift, book from the keynote speaker, luggage tags, and map to the resort (shown). Upon arrival, guests were greeted at the front desk with a welcome kit including name tags, yearbook of attendees, and personalized itinerary of activities for the week. Conference signage, banners, presentation slides and video assets rounded out the branding efforts. It was well received and the conference was a success.
