With an emphasis on education and professional development, this small journal was created as a goal-setting and accountability tool for children and grandchildren of those within the Larry H. Miller Management Corporation. Completion of annual requirements, quarterly goals, and quarterly mentor check-ins was required for eligibility to attend the annual management retreat.
